Applications/Complaints for Wastewater Services

These Terms and Conditions, together with our privacy policy and any other written information we brought to your attention, form the basis of your contract with the WMA during the online application for a specific wastewater services. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Terms and Conditions for Applications, references to “you” and “your” include the first names person on the applications/complaints, and all persons on whose behalf an application or complaint is made.

Applications

By making an online application, you agree on behalf of all persons details on the application that:

  • You have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound them;
  • You consent to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
  • You are over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declare that all members of your party are of the appropriate age to apply those services.

When you apply for any particular wastewater service, you must provide all necessary documents and you must pay the relevant amount as specified, such that your application can be processed at our end. Failure to submit required documents within the specified period shall entail in the rejection of your application. If you believe that any details on the confirmation receipt (or any other document) are wrong, you must advise us immediately as changes cannot be made later and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within two days.

Complaints

The Authority makes every effort to ensure that all wastewater services we offer are provided smoothly. But if you do have a problem during the works, please inform Us immediately, so that we can take appropriate remedial actions the soonest possible. Please note that relevant details pertaining to a complaint should be given to enable WMA to properly investigate and attend to the issue.
