Direct Debit Payment of Wastewater Charges
The public is informed that payment of water charges through direct debit should include wastewater charges also. Customers whose water bills are on direct debit are requested to contact their bank to confirm whether the wastewater charges also are included, if not to instruct their bank to include the wastewater charges. A copy of the water bill has to be provided to the bank.
