Notice under section 35 (1A) of the Public Procurement Act 2006

Pursuant to Section 35(1A) of the Public Procurement Act 2006 and Circular No. 6 of 2022 from the Procurement Policy Office, Sinohydro Corporation Limited has been excluded from participating in future WMA’s bidding exercise for a period of 6 months as from 07^th August 2023.
