The World Water Day was celebrated on 22 March this year with the theme ‘Nature for water’.
In this context, the WMA participated in a 3 day exhibition organized by the CWA from the 21 to 23 March 2018 at the La Marie Water Treatment Plant. It was an opportunity for WMA to inform the visitors on the role of the Authority and its importance for the protection of the environment.
Our stand was visited by students from primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. Visitors were also apprised of wastewater treatment processes and future sewerage projects.
